Product Information:

  • All earrings are made with sterling silver or gold filled wires. Earrings can not be returned or exchanged.
  • Clasps and hooks used in necklaces and bracelets are sterling silver, base metal or gold filled.
  • Most orders come in a "kraft" box filled with tarnish free cotton.
  • When possible, I'll accommodate your special orders. Email me, hc@joannenichols.com, with the particulars and I'll let you know the feasibility, cost and how long it will take to complete the piece. I'll require a 50% deposit which is non-refundable. Sales on these special orders are final.
  • With normal wear my pieces will last a lifetime. If you' re unhappy with your piece, except earrings, you have 10 days from the receipt date to return it, in its original condition. You will receive a full refund, less shipping. If you paid by credit card, your card will be credited. If you paid by check/money order, I will issue a check. Please call, 917-623-3050, or email me before returning an item. Returns are not offered on custom orders.
  • If your jewelry ever breaks, return it to me with all of the original pieces and I'll repair it for you. All you'll have to pay is the shipping charge.

Ordering Information:

  • There are 3 ways to place an order: using your credit card (MasterCard and Visa only) and my secure shopping cart; check/money orders or call me with your credit card info. If sending a check or money order, you can still use the shopping cart, just print out the form and send it with your payment. Your order will be shipped upon receipt of your money order or when your check has cleared.
  • If your purchase is a gift and is being shipped directly to the recipient, I'll be happy to include a hand crafted gift card. Just enter a short description (names and occasion) in the comment section.

Shipping Information:

  • All domestic shipments are sent 1st class through the USPS. All packages are insured with delivery confirmation. In stock items will be shipped in 3-5 days while special orders will usually ship in 10-14 days. If there is a delay, I will notify you. Please contact me for international deliveries.
  • Hopefully it won' t happen, but if your items arrive damaged, keep all the original packaging materials and send me an email or call me for further instructions.

  • Up to 50.00 - $4.50
  • $50.01 to $100.00 - $5.50
  • Over $100.00 - $6.50

Miscellaneous Information:

  • All personal information you submit through my website is encrypted with Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology. Secure pages have URL addresses that begin with "https" instead of "http," and the "security" icon on your browser window will appear as a yellow, closed padlock.
  • All information you provide will only be used to process your order, reply to your comments, or send you new product info. It will never be shared with any other company for any reason.
  • Besides this website, I sell my jewelry through home parties. If you' re in the NYC area and are interested, please contact me.
